PackWrap: Coding and Labelling Applicator

For start-up to small and medium sized enterprises. The wrap-around label applicator is perfect for round and tapered products.

Designed in English touch screen panel, the visual parameter makes it easier to test and adjust the machine.

High quality conveyor belt: The working speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted according to production needs. The labelling belt helps to ensure there is no bubbles under the stickers. The tightness of the belt can be adjusted by loosening or tightening the screw.

Entry level wrap-around label applicator perfect for round and tapered products.

The coder (Anser Pro-S) for the labeller is optional.

LABELLING SPEED: 45 products per minute.

PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE LABELLED: Round or tapered products.

SUITABLE BOTTLE DIAMETER: About 30 – 100mm.

CONVEYOR SIZE: 1310mm X 100mm.

LABEL LENGTH: 370mm.

LABEL HEIGHT: 25mm (Min) to 125mm (Max).

ENTRY LEVEL: Wrap-around label applicator
